Integrated Pest Management Services was established in April 1994 by Wayne S. Clarke. Mr. Clarke founded IPMS after an exemplary career in the pest and facilities management fields.

The Company was founded on the premise that true integrated pest management was an achievable and worthwhile pursuit. This goal was not being realized, while he was employed by the industry giants.

This endeavor, and a commitment to the safest and most effective methods available, are the fruit of that effort. It is our sincere belief that we offer a safe, and environmentally conscious approach, to pest management. This is a worthwhile goal in an industry where quantity has often overshadowed quality and safety for too long.
